I found the z80asm source code on the Walnut Creek CD FOR CP/M.

It has been lightly modified to run on Mac OS X 10.6.7 which is current today.

The sources are checked into a local RCS and a proper Makefile has been provided.

The assembler requires no support files other than the user doc file.
